Education
The Association for Allergy Safety & Education
was created to advocate the awareness of the
potential dangers of food allergies and latex
allergies. One main objective of the AASE is to
create and enforce a set of Food Allergy and Latex
Allergy standards that must be met by restaurants,
establishments, manufacturers and the food service
industry. Food allergies and
Latex allergies can have adverse consequences on
patrons if proper precautions are not in place to
prevent reactions. Upon meeting all standards and
requirements, restaurants and food service
establishments can obtain and maintain the Food
Allergy Friendly and Latex Safe Certifications.
